Pure Optical is a dedicated Amazon FBA business that supports the older generation suffering from macular degeneration. Their flagship product, Eyesight Plus, is formulated based on the AREDS2 study to help slow the progression of age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Challenge

With an increasing number of older adults turning to online solutions for health-related concerns, Pure Optical faced the dual challenge of establishing a strong market presence on Amazon and differentiating their products in a competitive niche dominated by established brands.

Solution

We enhanced Amazon presence by conducting detailed keyword research and structuring targeted advertising campaigns aimed at reducing CPA and increasing ROAS. Additionally, we optimised Amazon SEO elements by updating product listings with essential keywords, crafting high-quality graphics, and creating engaging A+ content to improve organic visibility and sales. This approach successfully established Eyesight Plus as Amazon’s eye health sector leader.

We also launched a comprehensive marketing strategy for Eyesight Plus, focusing on increasing its market presence and credibility as a cost-effective AMD solution. The enhanced content and SEO efforts resulted in a 20% increase in organic sales, an 11% increase in organic subscribe-and-save customers, and a 57% increase in organic traffic. The refined ad strategies reduced CPA and improved overall sales by 29% with the same ad spend, alongside a 44% increase in ROAS.
